He leads the company's operations and sales efforts, bringing a hands-on approach to every client relationship and program he oversees.
With deep expertise in enterprise fulfillment and global logistics, Jacob has built Samson into a trusted partner for organizations managing some of the most complex gifting programs in the world — including large-scale employee recognition initiatives, executive gifting, and multinational product launches. He is also the driving force behind Samson's strategic partnerships, cultivating the vendor relationships and industry connections that allow the company to deliver at any scale.
